Shipping policy

Shipping Rates

We ship orders within Australia from our Melbourne warehouse.

Standard Shipping: $7.99 AUD flat rate per order. Total delivery time: 2–8 business days.

The same flat rate applies to all Australian addresses, including metro, regional and rural areas.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 11am Melbourne time, Monday–Friday, are prioritised for processing. This is not a guarantee of same-day dispatch.

Orders placed after 11am, on weekends or on public holidays will enter processing on the next business day.

Handling Time

Handling time is 0–2 business days. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of the order cutoff.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Victorian and Australian national public holidays.

Transit / Delivery Time

Orders are generally sent via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Within Victoria: 2–4 business days.

  • Interstate: 3–6 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s service coverage. Rural and remote deliveries may be towards the longer end of this range.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time for all Australian addresses is 2–8 business days from the order cutoff. This is made up of 0–2 business days handling time plus 2–6 business days transit time.

These timeframes are estimates. Public holidays, peak periods, weather events and carrier disruptions may cause delays. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received the email.

This is our warehouse and dispatch location and is not open to the public. For returns, please follow our Refunds and Returns Policy and contact us before sending products back.

Closure Dates

Our warehouse is closed on weekends, Victorian public holidays and Australian national public holidays. Orders are not processed or dispatched on these days.

Any additional closures will be announced on our website.
